In October, the project advanced to 80% completion, with visible progress in the interior fit-out and finishing stages. Joinery installation accelerated, and final fit-off activities began in several units. Stone benchtops, pivot doors, and flooring installations commenced, while wet area tiling, plasterboard finishing, and the first coats of paint were underway. For some units, external balcony works and final detailing were scheduled as the next steps.

Purchasers can look forward to the final stages of construction and the transformation of interiors as the development nears completion.

September marked a significant milestone for Casa Neutral Bay, with construction reaching 75% completion. All major structural works, including the concrete structure and steel roofing for Lots 1 and 2, were finalised. Across all units, internal framing, bricklaying, and the rough-in of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical services were completed. Wet area sheeting, waterproofing, and underfloor heating were also finished in most residences, and window installations progressed well, with only some sliding doors outstanding.

With the structure now established, the focus shifted to interior fit-out. Internal wall and ceiling sheeting, as well as wet area screeds, were completed throughout the development. The upcoming works for October included completing sliding door installations, screeding, wet area tiling, and commencing joinery installation in all units.

It’s been another big month at Casa with plenty of progress on site! The structural steel roof and sheeting are now complete on Lots 1 and 2, all internal services rough-ins are finished, and most of the sheeting and waterproofing is done. Tiling and screeding have kicked off, and we’ve also seen all windows installed – a big milestone for the project.

The month ahead is shaping up to be an exciting one. Sliding doors will be going in, waterproofing, screeding and tiling will be wrapped up, and joinery will get underway. Now that the building is watertight, the team is ready to pick up even more momentum and bring the interiors to life – we can’t wait to see Casa really start taking shape inside!

Over the past month at Casa, the Nazero team has made excellent progress on site, reaching several key milestones. The structural works are now 100% complete, including the installation of the steelwork on Lots 1 and 2.

Brickwork on the rear lots has also been completed, and the services rough-ins are now approximately 90% complete across all lots, setting the stage for internal works to commence soon.

Looking ahead, the team will continue to build momentum as the project moves into the next exciting phase. Over the coming month, we will see the roof, windows, and doors installed, which will fully enclose the buildings and allow internal fit-out works to begin.

This will include the start of internal finishes and joinery installation — bringing the interiors of the development to life.

Exciting Progress On Site!

We’re thrilled to share that works on site are moving ahead at a fantastic pace! Momentum is building every day, especially now that external works are in full swing with brickwork well underway on Lots 1 and 2 – what a milestone!

The structural roof installations on Lots 1 and 2 are nearing completion, which means we’re just steps away from achieving a watertight status across the front lots – huge progress!

Over on Lots 3 and 4, we’ve hit another major milestone: the formwork was successfully stripped in mid-April, and the fit-out phase is officially underway. Meanwhile, fit-out works in Lots 1 and 2 are also progressing smoothly, with plumbing and mechanical services now fixed and taking shape.

It’s all coming together, and we can’t wait to share even more exciting developments in next month’s update-stay tuned!
